Deborah McPartland
Deborah McPartland, founder and principal, is a nationally recognized expert due to her leading local buying throughout her 26 years in the industry. Prior to forming DLM Media Solutions, Deborah was EVP and Director of Local Media for Compass Point Media (subsidiary of Campbell Mithun). Deborah’s extensive experience, local market relationships and knowledge established Compass Point Media as an industry leader in local market strategies.
Deborah has served on the Harris Executive Advisory Board and on the Minneapolis Ad Council in actively involved with NATPE, the National Association of Television Programming Executives. She is currently on the Board of the Twin Citeis Chapter of American Women in Marketing. Her extensive experience and knowledge combined with her local market relationships have established her as an industry leader in local market strategies.

Zach Stofferahn
Zach comes to DLM media Solutions with 10 years of experience in digital marketing and online User Experience (UX) design. He brings a unique passion and ability to meld the two halves of strategic digital marketing with goal-oriented, user-centered digital design. Zach's specialties include Pay Per Click (PPC), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), online advertising, responsive web development and analytics. Zach prides himself on customizing digital strategies and online experiences to meet each brand's objectives from building awareness, capturing leads, e-commerce sales or promoting on-site engagement. Zach has worked for clients including Target, Taco John's, Whirlpool, Wagner Paint and Titan Tool, Hansaton Acoustics, DAQRI and Benjamin Moore Paints. Zach’s well-versed background and personable nature make him a valuable asset as he takes the reigns of DLM Media Solutions digital business.

Alicia Luscier
Alicia began her media career in online sales and moved over to the agency side where she found her true passion of consumer research. Prior to joining the DLM Media Solutions team Alicia worked at Stitch Fix where her focus was on Direct Response Sales focusing in online. In her career she has always had a passion for incorporating the art of negotiation in every element of the job while developing strong relationships through communication, honesty, and creativity.

Kim Minor
Kim joined DLM Media Solutions in March 2012. Prior to this, she spent the past 10+ years working at several agencies in Minneapolis including Haworth Marketing and Media, Martin/Williams Advertising, and Compass Point Media. Well versed in traditional media buying, broadcast TV, cable, and radio, she also has experience in buying interactive media. Kim has worked on a wide range of clients including Taco John’s, HuHot Mongolian Grill, Meskwaki Casino Hotel, Target, Cargill, Donatos Pizza, L.L. Bean, Marvin Windows, Polaris, and Syngenta Crop Protection.

Stephanie Tauer
Stephanie has over 25 years of experience in the financial management industry, having worked for 3 independent companies. Being accountable for every dollar and balancing to the penny, Stephanie’s passion for the business can be seen at every level of her position. Her strong eye for detail and deadlines assures client and vendor invoices are processed accurately, as well as timely. Exact time matching every media invoice allows us to hold stations accountable across all media investments. While clearing invoices, Stephanie reviews Spot ID, length, rate, day, and time. She is also responsible for measuring and ensuring that vertical and horizontal rotations are obtained for each client’s media investment.

Lori Crawford
Lori comes to DLM Media Solutions with over 15 years of media advertising experience including cable, digital and Out of Home. Prior to coming over to the agency side and joining the DLM Media Solutions team, Lori worked in advertising sales at Comcast Spotlight (cable and digital) and Intersection (OOH) working with a variety of clients and agencies. Lori prides herself on developing and maintaining client relationships and exceeding client expectations. Her attention to detail, accuracy and problem resolution skills are of many she brings to DLM Media Solutions.

Barb Zeleny
Barb Zeleny brings an extensive background in media trafficking and buying experience to DLM Media Solutions. Barb has worked in the Minneapolis/St. Paul markets, as well as Chicago and Detroit, at Agencies, TV and Radio stations, and Cable and Digital companies. Throughout her career, Barb’s ability to execute media buys on time and correctly has benefited such clients as Runnings, CHI St. Alexius Health of Bismarck, Orscheln, Minnesota Timberwolves, Minnesota Lynx, Medtronic, HealthPartners, Firefly Credit Union, Bremer Bank, Anoka-Ramsey Community College, Slumberland and Hom Furniture.
